1. About SubNow
SubNow is a mobile application designed to help sports coaches and team managers plan player substitutions and promote fair participation. SubNow is operated by SubNow (“we”, “us”, “our”) from Queensland, Australia.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using SubNow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
3. Who Can Use SubNow
SubNow is intended for:
- Coaches, team managers, and sporting officials
- Users aged 18 years or older
If you use SubNow in connection with junior sport, you are responsible for complying with all child-safety, competition, and organisational rules that apply to you.
4. What SubNow Does (and Doesn’t Do)
SubNow provides planning, tracking, and timing tools only.
SubNow:
- Assists with substitution planning
- Helps visualise player participation
SubNow does not:
- Enforce substitutions
- Override referee or competition decisions
- Guarantee equal playing time
- Replace coaching judgment or official rules
Final responsibility for decisions always remains with the coach or team official.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
SubNow may offer free and paid features. If you purchase a subscription:
- Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play depending on where you downloaded the app
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
- You manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings
- Prices may vary by region and are shown clearly before purchase
6. Free Trials
If a free trial is available:
- Any unused trial time is forfeited when a paid subscription begins
- You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or attempt to disrupt the app
- Reverse engineer or copy SubNow
- Use SubNow for unlawful or misleading purposes
8. Intellectual Property
SubNow, including all software, design, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or end access to SubNow if:
- These terms are breached
- The app is misused
- Continued use creates legal or safety risk
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
SubNow is provided “as is”.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not responsible for coaching decisions or outcomes
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the previous 12 months
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections.
11. Privacy
Your use of SubNow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of SubNow after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, with mandatory consumer protections applying where required.

Appendix A – Apple App Store Terms
- These Terms are between you and SubNow, not Apple
- Apple has no responsibility for SubNow or its support
- Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the app
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
Appendix B – Google Play Store Terms
- Billing and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google’s terms
- Subscription management must be done via your Google Play account
